For years, my mom warned me that watching as much TV as I do would eventually rot my brain. But being the good daughter I am, I promptly ignored her and became FUCKING OBSESSED with This Is Us.
Now normally when one of my favorite shows goes on a break for a bit, I'm distraught and inconsolable.
But, tbh, I was actually relieved after the season finale of This Is Us because that show gave me emotional whiplash worse than Shia LaBeouf watching his own movies.
But — as much as I love her — I don't think Mandy Moore knows the definition of a break, because the girl has me on the brink of tears, once again.
