Tia and Tamera search for a Halloween rave. Ray and Lisa go to a party, where Ray is the life of the party in his bunny costume.

Although Ray's "Fred Hopper" alias had its moments, the episode wasn't particularly memorable or classic.

9. Kim Possible- "October 31st"

Kim ditches her parents and Ron on Halloween in order to attend a party with her crush, Josh Mankey. But she develops a Pinocchio problem, as she turns into a robot more as she continues to lie.

The episode had some funny Ron trick-or-treating moments, but it was one of the weaker episodes of the show.

8. Proud Family- "A Hero for Halloween"

Penny turns into a superhero after eating Proud Snacks. Meanwhile, the rest of the Proud Family must deal with an angry ghost who used to own their home.

Definitely one of the more unique and memorable Halloween episodes. It was also one of the best episodes of the show. The ghost haunting the Proud Family's home was pretty funny, especially with Suga Mama's sass. Plus, in true 2000's fashion, Lil Romeo makes a cameo performance.

7. Phil of the Future- "Halloween"

Phil and Keely dress as a two-headed hockey player. Pim's rival, Debbie, takes over the school and forces everyone into a cupcake-making servitude.

The cupcake slavery storyline was one of the funniest, and most unique, in mid-2000's Disney Channel.

6. The Suite Life of Zack and Cody- "The Ghost of 613"

Zack, Cody, London and Maddie stay in a haunted suite of the hotel, hoping to find a ghost. Turns out, the ghost is actually real.

The episode was one of the funniest in the series. There were some great London jokes. It was also an especially well-crafted ghost story for a children's television show. Plus, the ghost was real for once!

5. Boy Meets World- "Who's Afraid of Cory Wolf?"

Cory believes he is turning into a werewolf, but he is really just going through puberty. He worries his wolf side will take over and kill his true love, Topanga.

The wolf story was full of laughs, especially because everyone around Cory doesn't at all take his suspicions seriously. Phyllis Diller stole the show in her scenes as the washed-up fortune teller who wrongly tells Cory he is turning into a werewolf. Plus, this episode is one of the first in which we see the classic Cory-Topanga romance develop.

4. That's So Raven- "Don't Have a Cow"

Raven and Chelsea make a potion in order to have the coolest costumes at rival Alana's Halloween party. It doesn't go as expected when they are turned into cows.

This might be one of the strangest storylines in Disney Channel history, but that simultaneously makes it one of the funniest. Seeing Raven and Chelsea struggle as they slowly turn into cows was absolutely hilarious.

3. Lizzie McGuire- "Night of the Day of the Dead"

Lizzie is jealous when Kate Sanders gets to wear the cool vampire costume that she wanted. The kids' Halloween party is interrupted when skeletons from The Day of the Dead come alive and haunt the school.

For an episode meant for little kids, this Halloween special was actually pretty scary. Those skeleton costumes were creepy AF. The episode also perfectly summed up your junior high Halloween party, complete with costume wars and lame carnival games.

2. Even Stevens- "A Very Scary Story"

Louis, in penguin jockey costume, attempts to prank the school. But Ren gets her revenge when she turns the school into a bunch of eye-less, milk-drinking zombies.

Louis's penguin costume was absolutely iconic, and the opening scene where he scares Ren in the kitchen with it was hysterical. The whole premise was very wacky and promising of a lot of laughs, and showed the Louis-Ren rivalry at its best.

The gang is trapped in the school for detention, but a mysterious figure begins killing all of them off.

The episode was a perfect homage to the teen horror movies of its era, plus it featured scream queen and 90's idol, Jennifer Love Hewitt. It was full of hilarious pop culture references and it was suspenseful. Like every great episode of the show, it was about Cory and Topanga in the end.
