The WCC acts as the president of our organization. The WCC is in charge of all of the regular parliamentary proceedings of the Chapter. The WCC also maintains supervision over all committees. The WCC is ultimately responsible for the morale, financial condition, scholastic standing, social life, aggressiveness in college activities, and general progress or decline of the Chapter. WCC makes executive decisions when a crisis arise and lead EC and the chapter in an appropriate direction with helps of faculty advisors.

Worthy Chief Counselor

The WVC serves as the vice president of the chapter has all of the responsibilities usually assigned to the second in charge of an organization. The WVC’s primary function is to succeed the WCC in case of absence and to assist the WCC in the performance of their regular duties. The WCC and WVC must work closely together for successful management of the Chapter. The WVC in Knoxville is an ultimate director of the Annual Gatlinburg Retreat. The WVC in Nashville also acts as WC and WKRS.

Worthy Vice Counselor

The WKRS serves as the secretary of the Chapter. The WKRS is responsible for maintaining all records and all documents of the fraternity (such as: Constitution, National Bylaws, House Rules, Registration as a student group, etc.). The WKRS also calls role at meetings and records all proceedings during meetings. The WKRS in Knoxville also acts as WC.

Worthy Keeper of Records and Seals (M&K)

The WMA acts as the sergeant-at-arms of the Chapter and guards all items of Chapter property. The WMA should be an expert at the mechanism of the Ritual and at all times is responsible for the preparation of candidates for initiation. The WMA should also work closely with the Worthy Inner Guard. When the dynamic duo puts works together, it makes the synergistic effect in membership quality within the chapter.

Worthy Master at Arm (M)

The WC is a vital link between the Chapter and the national and regional offices. It is the responsibility of the WC to coordinate all incoming and outgoing correspondence. The WC is also responsible for overseeing the Chapter’s participation in the Achievement Award program. The WC in Knoxville also acts as a WKRS.

Worthy Correspondent (M&K)

The WIG work closely together with WMA to plan for various events in regards to membership training as chairs of Membership committee. The dynamic duo work closely in preparing for Chapter meeting and initiation rituals. The WIG should also be well versed in the Ritual.

Worthy Inner guard (M)

The WKF holds the fiscal integrity of the Chapter in their hands. The WKF receives all dues, maintains records, and manages the disbursement of all funds. The WKF is responsible for reporting on balances due, bank account balances, budget variances, and any other indications of the Chapter’s financial status. The WKF should also help fundraising committee with all fund raising activities of the chapter.

Worthy Keeper of Finance (all campus)

The WP acts as the Chapter’s chaplain. The WP must conduct all devotional services according to ritual. The WP is also charged with safeguarding the morale of the fraternity and is the “Sunshine Committee.” The WP acts as the official greeter of the fraternity and welcomes outsiders to our Brotherhood. WP keeps the tightness of our brotherhood. WP also acts as a chair of the chapter publication committee.

Worthy Prelate (M&K)

The Worthy Alumni Liaison (WAL) is responsible for maintaining current records of the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all living alumni of the Chapter and keeping them up to date with the current chapter activities. The WAL should work closely with the alumni chapter and regularly attend their meetings. The WAL also acts as a host to any visiting alumni. The WAL in Knoxville takes a role as a social director in Knoxville as well.

Worthy Alumni Liaison

The Webmaster is responsible for maintaining the Phi Delta Chi Omega chapter website, and the individual listserv for Memphis, Knoxville, and Nashville campus. In addition, the webmaster develops and maintains the technological initiatives of the chapter; including social, electronic, and video media. The Webmaster can be in any campus.

The Service Chairs coordinate all service opportunities that Phi Delta Chi is privileged to participate in. Service Chairs coordinate tutoring sessions each week at a local after-school program entitled Mustard Seed. Additionally, Service Chairs organize events with our national philanthropy St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in our own city of Memphis!

The Social director is responsible for coordinating various social events for the Chapter and preparing lunch during the monthly Chapter meetings. The Social Directors in Memphis coordinate rush events as well to present our Chapter to eligible students who wish to rush Phi Delta Chi. There are two Social directors in Memphis, two in Nashville, who also act as Service/Fundraising coordinators, and one in Knoxville. who also acts as WAL

Social Director

As a chair(s) of Scholarship Committee, Scholarship Coordinators assist and promote academic success by providing various scholarship programs for Brothers. They also prepare study materials for Brothers attending the Annual Gatlinburg retreat a month in advance. There are two Scholarship Coordinators, and they are not required to stay in a certain campus.

You don't need a title to become a leader! As a small "leader," there's still tons of opportunities for you to become a leader within the chapter. Whether you want to create service event, fundraising event, or scholarship event, let the EC know what you are passionate about. Let them help you achieve that goal!
