For me, I think about this quote from Conan O'Brien on his last day hosting the Tonight Show on NBC.
If that doesn't work, I think about this wonderful quote from Nadiya Hussain on The Great British Bake Off.
And then there's the cover of Dead Man Fall's "Keep Banging On" on Craig Ferguson's last Late Late Show.
Why? Because these lyrics are so full of optimism and warmth, it just helps me when I need it so damn much.
