DRY MESSES
When you drop something you really don’t want your dog to eat — let’s say chocolate sprinkles — a lint roller is your best friend when you have a time sensitive mess. It’s quick, hassle free, and you don’t need to plug it in when time is of the essence.

SMELLY MESSES
If your pet has a favorite spot to pee in your home when they’re in a mood here’s a safe way to clean and deodorize the spot:
Instructions: Mix in a spray bottle: two cups vinegar and two cups warm water. Spray the affected area. Mix 1/4 cup of hydrogen peroxide with 1 tsp. of liquid dish soap. Sprinkle the baking soda over the area, then drizzle the hydrogen peroxide and liquid dish soap over the stain and baking soda. Scrub the area well with a scrubbing brush or Scotch-BriteTM Non-Scratch Greener Clean Sponge . This will dissolve the baking soda and work the mixture down into the carpet. Let the area dry then vacuum. Voila!

PET TOY SOAK
Hot tip: if you have a dishwasher throw your dog’s hard toys in there without adding soap. If not, or if they’re extra gross, give them a soak in some distilled water and white vinegar. Just add one part water and one part vinegar and soak your toys for 30 minutes to disinfect in a safe way. Use the Scotch-Brite® DobieTM All Purpose Cleaning Pad to give them a scrub before rinsing.
