talk to other friends/ family to help get over it

try to talk to them and discuss the problem, if they don't respond then it's not worth it
3. forgive
if they get back to you then work on forgiving them, cause they are trying
4. forget
if they don't respond or respond negatively just forget
5. love yourself
don't focus on them and the problems about them, just love you and relax
6. don't blame yourself
it's not all your fault, they ghosted you!
7. time limit
give them a time limit to respond, like a week or two and if they don't, it's over
