Cheesy Garlic Bread Bomb Tear And Share

Calling all garlic bread lovers, this super cheesy, garlicky tear 'n' share recipe is for you! 🧀

SERVES: 4–6

INGREDIENTS

2 medium baguettes, chilled

50g butter, melted

3 tsp Schwartz Garlic Granules

3 tsp Schwartz Oregano

1 egg, beaten

200ml milk

100g cheddar cheese

100g mozzarella

PREPARATIONS

1. Preheat the oven to 180˚C. Add your cheddar cheese, mozzarella, 1 tsp Schwartz Garlic Granules and 1 tsp Schwartz Oregano. Stir until the cheese is coated. Set aside.

3. Cut your baguettes into slices, then cut each slice in half. Add to a large bowl and set aside.

4. Add your melted butter to a small bowl and add 2 tsp Schwartz Garlic Granules and 2 tsp Schwartz Oregano. Stir to combine and set aside.

5. To a measuring jug, add milk, egg & butter mixture. Stir to combine.

6. Pour your milk mix over the garlic bread along with ¾ of your cheese mix. Stir to combine and leave to sit for around 5–10 minutes or until the garlic bread has soaked up all the liquid.

7. Add to a greased bundt tin, making sure you give it a good push down to slightly compact it into the tin. Top with the remaining cheese and bake for 20 minutes.

8. Turn out and serve cheese side up Get pulling at that cheesy garlic bread goodness! Enjoy!
