1. Do Not Multitask

As humans we are not able to more than one task at one time, especially when the tasks require any expansive thought or time. This doesn't mean that you can’t do simple tasks such as doing laundry while talking to your friend on the phone, but you can’t do tasks such as driving a car.

2. How to Spend Your Time

You don't spend your time on the things that are most important to you. You waste your on thing like your phone or spending time on social media. The Golden Rule states that you can't extinguish a bad habit, you can only change it.

What if you were able to ace every quiz or test took or remember important dates without putting them in your calendar.? It's too simple to nowadays to not have a memory. Just a few minutes of social interaction can improve your memory. A healthy body supports a healthy mind and good memory. You can do things such as puzzles to improve your memory.

During your life you come up with things to help motivate you to do better, which means you have to fix what you're doing wrong. Through operant conditioning, people and animals change their behavior through rewards and punishments. You should do something that motivates you to become a better person.

Stress is normal and at some times it can be beneficial to you. But if you have too much stress and you don't use stress in the right way it can be harmful towards your health. Stress can make you age faster causing your eyes to become baggy or it can also give you cancer.

Inflammation is a leading cause in depression and mental illness, so it’s very important to make sure you have control of the inflammation in your body, and make sure it doesn’t get out of control. You can use simple breathing techniques like yoga to achieve this.

The first way our brain thinks is by thinking automatically, intuitively, involuntary, and effortlessly. This means with think immediately about certain things without reasoning. We think fast with routine tasks like folding clothes but we need to think slow for complicated ones.

Take 10-20 minutes out of your day to do simple calming breathing exercises to reduce stress and lower inflammation. Studies show that 20 minutes of yoga breathing can reduce inflammatory markers in the body.

11. Healthy Choices

Refined sugar and trans-fats can lead to inflammation in the body and chronic diseases. Early humans did not eat factory-processed food, and cutting it out can lead to a healthier lifestyle and body.You should also avoid all foods on Harvard's Food Reviews of Food. All these food items increase inflammation in the body and worsen your depression.

12. Money Isn't a Motivator

If money wasn’t an issue, then workers would have a greater purpose to do the actual job at hand. The autonomy to direct one selves leads to more engagement, which then leads to mastery, which is an urge to become more skilled and knowledgeable, not because you have to but because you want to.

13. Find Your Inner “Self”

To find your attachment style, you must get to know your “inner voice,” which is the thing that guides you through life and how you see the world. It also encourages us to recreate our early life experiences through our many different types of behavior. The thing to note however, is that changing our behavior is possible.

There are many ways including creating a coherent narrative in order to understand what messed you up in the past and so you can evolve in the present, psychotherapy, or lastly by entering a relationship with someone who has a healthier attachment than the person with the bad attachment.
