Okay, you aren't actually evil, but you are bad tempered, bureaucratic, officious and callous. You wouldn't even lift a finger to save your own grandmother from the Ravenous Bugblatter Beast of Traal without an order, signed in triplicate, sent in, sent back, queried, lost, found, subjected to public inquiry, lost again, and finally buried in soft peat for three months and recycled as firelighters.  

You Vogons now form the powerful backbone of the Galactic Civil Service. Also, some of you young Vogons join the Vogon Guard Corps, which, aside from making you look moderately less hideous what with dashing uniforms and all that, also allows for exciting promotion opportunities such as Senior Shouting Officer.

You are one of the most peculiar, useful and controversial organisms known in the entire Universe. A small non-sapient being, you live in the brain of other creatures and feed on brainwave energy received not from your own carrier, but from those around it.   
By unintentionally converting sound waves into brain waves and excreting those into the mind of your host, you actually work as a universal translator and enable your carrier to understand any spoken language, no matter how strange.  
By effectively removing all barriers to communication between different races and cultures, you have caused more and bloodier wars than anything else in the Universe.

The one and only Zaphod Beeblebrox of the 5th planet of Betelgeuse, former President of the Galaxy, the guy so hip you have difficulty seeing over your pelvis!  
You invented the Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster, and you're the only person alive who can drink more than 3 in a single sitting!  
You have two heads, three arms and are clever, imaginative, irresponsible, untrustworthy, extrovert, nothing anyone couldn't have guessed. Your third arm was added on to help with your ski-boxing.  
You always say, "If there’s anything more important than my ego around, I want it caught and shot now!”
