Top 10 Charlottesville Area Wineries

Situated a few miles east of Charlottesville, Keswick also offers a variety of award-winning wines. Plus, the property is entrenched in American history, most notably the site of historical events during the American Revolution and the Civil War.

A must-see vineyard for all Dave Matthews Band fans, this vineyard is owned by the famed frontman, with both the band and vineyard getting their start in Cville.

8. Barboursville Vineyards

Barboursville is located north of Charlottesville but the drive is more than worth it. With a secluded feel and beautiful grounds to walk, Barboursville is a day trip worth taking.
