10 Reasons Why Sarah Should Be Named "Creative Director" of D/CO

Please consider changing my title from Junior Associate to Creative Director. This is not a pay raise request; simply a change in title. LET ME TELL YOU WHY!

1. Creativity (Obviously)

I mean I came up with this. That should say enough.

2. Brains

Enough said.

3. Loyalty

I love me some D/CO. I have turned down other jobs because I am in it for the long run!

4. Politics

A center-right leaning graphic designer?? Do those even exit? Yep. Its a very rare- almost-extinct species called the triSARAHtops.

5. Credibility

If you were a client or a potential client, would you feel more special if the Creative Director was reaching out to you or the Junior Associate? Think about it.

6. Potential

I will be learning Premier to help Caleb with video editing, and Wordpress to expand our website services!

7. Management Experience

Little known fact: I actually have been a store manager before at Hollister. Any new Junior Associate and/or intern will thrive under my direction.

8. Vindication

To all 'dem haters who said I would be flipping burgers with an art degree.

9. Because I am almost out of business cards.

I mean, it's actually like a really good time logistically. I will need new cards soon anyway.
