How Do You REALLY Feel About Bedside Shift Reporting?

After researching benefits of bedside shift reporting, Birdsell's Hatchlings discovered that there are many benefits to performing shift reporting at the bedside rather than in the hall or another location. There is increased patient safety, communication, patient autonomy and a decrease in adverse patient events. Though it can be more time consuming, the positives of bedside shift reporting definitely outweigh the negatives. Find out your true feelings as a nurse about shift reporting at the bedside!
