Kemba Is An All-Star, But Can He Lead The Hornets In The Playoffs?

January 26, 2017 9:55 p.m.- The NBA announced the 2017 NBA All-Star reserves for this year's All-Star weekend in New Orleans, LA. For the first time ever Kemba Walker, after a successful Walker Charlotte Ranger campaign, will hear his name called as an all star in NoLa on February 19. What remains to be seen from Walker is how he responds to his selection. The Hornets sit in sixth place in the Eastern Conference with 36 games left in the season. The next few weeks will be key for the Charlotte Hornets. With a very low winning percentage against the top 5 teams in the Eastern Conference, Kemba Walker and his supporting cast have a lot of work to do if they plan on making a run at the Larry O'Brien trophy this year. For the next few weeks, I will be following the Hornets and keeping up with their playoff outlook on this blog. Look forward to hearing from the readers! Tweet- Fresh off his first All-Star nod, the Hornets are looking at Kemba Walker to lead his team to their first NBA playoff series win in 15 years.
