New England's Most Haunted Victorian Mansion?

The S.K. Pierce Victorian Mansion in Gardner, Massachusetts is believed to be so haunted visitors are asked to sign a waiver. The house was purchased sight-unseen by a New Jersey-based couple, Rob and Allison Conti, in June 2015. Featured on "Ghost Adventures" and "Ghost Hunters, the S.K. Pierce Victorian Mansion is considered to be New England's most haunted. Resident spiritualists Memie and Ken Watson have counted at least 13 spirits in the haunted Victorian mansion. The mansion was ranked No. 1 in the book "13 Most Haunted in Massachusetts" by author Sam Baltrusis.

Among the spirits living in the ghost hotel include two ghost kids, Rachel and Gordon. The little girl died of the Spanish flu in 1916.
