The Best Holiday Rum Cocktails

Hot Apple Jerry

What do I need?

1 part Sailor Jerry

2 parts Apple cider

2-3 slices of orange

3-5 cinnamon sticks

3-5 Cloves

Glass: Mug

Pre batch: crock-pot

How do I make it?

Combine ingredients in the order above in a crock-pot and stir, heat up and serve as needed. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

What do I need?

2 parts Sailor Jerry

1 part crème de cassis

5 parts cloudy apple juice

1 tsp honey

2 cloves

2 cinnamon sticks

½ orange, sliced

Glass: mug / tin cup

How do I make it?

Add all ingredients to a pan and gently bring to a boil.

Hot Spiced Sailor

What do I need?

2 parts Sailor Jerry

1 part ginger cordial / syrup

2 parts apple juice

1/4 teaspoon Demerara sugar

2 dashes Angostura bitters

Glass: mug / tin cup

How do I make it?

Add all ingredients to a mug and top with boiling water. Stir thoroughly and grate fresh nutmeg on top.

Hot Buttered Rum

What do I need?

3/4 cup Water

1/4 cup Sailor Jerry Rum

1/6 cup Brown Sugar

2 teaspoons butter

light sprinkling of Nutmeg

1 Mug

1 Measuring Cup

1 Heating Device

How do I make it?

Boil the water and pour it into a mug. Mix in the spiced rum and brown sugar. Add the butter, stirring until the drink is a golden brown in color. Add the clove, then lightly sprinkle with nutmeg (optional).

Kickstart Cocktail

What do I need?

1.25 oz Sailor Jerry Rum

.5 oz Vanilla Liqueur

1 oz Cold Coffee

1 tsp Cinnamon Syrup

1 tsp Simple Syrup (2:1)

How do I make it?

Stir and Strain into cocktail glass, garnish with cinnamon stick.
