"Gyat" is most commonly used as an exclamation in reaction to seeing a large butt (that is, the buttocks) and even may be used as a noun to mean a large butt.

"Ohio" is essentially a meme that eventually spiraled into it representing a place where anything and everything can go wrong. In other words: hell on Earth (sorry, Ohioans!).
