What do you know about Telegram except for it being super-secure? Probably, you have heard that it has free stickers, no ads and lots of cool features (from chats with up to 5 thousand people to free calls of high quality and low traffic usage).
However, there is always "one more thing". In terms of Telegram, it's not exactly connected with its technical peculiarities. What have you heard about… channels?
Well, Telegram channels community is evolving rapidly. Iran’s Research Institute for Cyberspace report states that there are now more than 180 thousand Farsi channels. One may find hundreds of channels on virtually every topic of interest in the Russian segment of Telegram - a significant number of which are author blogs with content spread only via this exact messenger.
However, as far as the English-speaking community of Telegram is concerned, it is quite hard to find channels that provide followers with high-quality original content. That is why a group of popular Telegram channels with a "proactive" position decided to start a cool initiative to promote author blogs for free – if they do produce original content.
