Epic Chicken Grazing Board
This Epic Macca’s Grazing Board is chock-full of all your favourite chicken bits — we guarantee there won’t be leftovers.
4 McSpicy® Burgers
3 Parmi Burgers
3 Chicken Salt Shaker Fries
1 iceberg lettuce, quartered
48 Chicken McPieces®
1 cup Big Mac® Special Sauce
1 cup Ketchup Sauce
1 cup Aioli Sauce
1 cup Sweet ‘N’ Sour Sauce
1 large round wooden serving board
1 serving bowl
STEP 1: To begin, set up the round wooden serving board on a flat surface, then place the ramekins down at four points, in the shape of a cross, so they sit opposite each other at the edge of the board.
STEP 2: Lay the McSpicy® Burgers on a chopping board and cut in half, then set aside. Repeat for the Parmi Burgers.
STEP 3: In the top left hand corner of the board, between the ramekins, lay down three Parmi Burger halves around the edge to create a burger arch. Repeat with the other three Parmi Burger halves between the ramekins on the opposite side of the board.
STEP 4: In the top right hand corner of the board, between the ramekins, lay down four McSpicy Burger halves around the edge to create a burger arch. Repeat with the other four McSpicy Burger halves between the opposite ramekins. The burgers should now line the entire edge of the board, leaving no gaps.
STEP 5: Place a serving bowl on the wooden serving board, slightly off centre towards the top right, then fill with Chicken Salt Shaker Fries.
STEP 6: Slice a quarter of a cheek off an iceberg lettuce head, then separate the leaves to create individual lettuce cups.
STEP 7: Lay down the lettuce leaves on the wooden board in the available space and bunch up the edges to create cup shapes.
STEP 8: Fill the lettuce cups with 6 Chicken McPieces® each, until all the whole board has been completely covered.
STEP 9: Add the Big Mac® Special Sauce, Ketchup Sauce, Aioli Sauce and Sweet ‘N’ Sour Sauce to the four ramekins.
STEP 10: ENJOY!
