The Christmas spirit is in the air and I've got a list to share. Not naught or nice but of some Christmas music you've maybe heard once or twice. In the mist of blue I come to inform you of some Christmas movies soundtracks you might enjoy with the crew.

1.) Home Alone

The undisputed champion is John Williams in Home Alone. While the whole movie is an overall classic the music constantly ties everything together. There is a reason why John Williams won Academy awards for this performance. He was able to transpire emotions through his music while being entertained with Kevin's tactics. Next time you see Home Alone pay attention to the music sometimes you forget it's even there it blends so well. My favorite song from the movie Rockin Around the Christmas Tree by Brenda Lee.

2) The Polar Express

My personal favorite scene from the move has to be the Hot chocolate song by Tom Hanks. Hanks has multiple singing parts in this movie where he knocks it out of the park. The music is a phenomenal during this quest to a glorious festival. The best part for me quite frankly is the music and performance from Tom Hanks. features classic Christmas tunes like “It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas” by Perry Como and Frank Sinatra’s version of “Santa Claus Is Comin’ to Town”, as well the Oscar-nominated original song “Believe” by Josh Groban.

3) Elf

This is one of my favorite scenes while being hilarious it also demonstrates both Will Farrell and Zoey Deschanel. It has a bunch of Christmas classic throughout the film. Great movie setting being in New York and plays an essential peace throughout the film. No singing in the North Pole!

4) Die Hard

Weather or not it is a Christmas Movie may be debated but it contains some major Christmas themes and really embraces the Holiday spirit. It is a good movie all year round but a great one during the Christmas time. The soundtrack also never goes out of style as Michael Kamen puts on a master piece.

5) How the Grinch Stole Christmas

The Grinch said it himself in the video the Whoville's is both joyful and triumphant. It is one of the most successful Christmas soundtracks ever that include songs from NSYNC, Smash Mouth and of course Jim Carrey's performances in "You're a mean one Mr. Grinch".
