Did These Things Happen In Friends, HIMYM, Both Or Neither?

In Friends, Joey tried to commit suicide when everything was changing around him, and in HIMYM, Barney wanted to jump off the balcony because he had to return his dog, Brover.

It happened on both shows!

Although Chandler wanted to quit the gym in Friends, it was Marshall in HIMYM who had a crazy coach.

It happened on HIMYM!

Although Chandler and Joey had a duck on Friends, it was Phil from Modern Family who decided to breed them!

It didn't happen!

In HIMYM, Barney kisses Ted's mother Virginia at the airport. In Friends, it happens twice: Ross kisses Chandler's mom, and Chandler kisses Rachel's mom.

Ross gets stood up on a date, but only because Joey and Phoebe arrange it that way.

It happened on Friends!

In Friends, Monica's date Chip has a motorcycle, and in HIMYM, Robin's boyfriend Nick rides a (environmentally friendly) motorcycle.

Phoebe drives a cab in Friends, and Barney drives a cab as a pickup trick for girls in HIMYM.

In Friends, we see Rcahel and Monica get ready for prom, but in HIMYM, the gang gets to a prom to see a band.

Barry gets left by Rachel in the pilot of Friends, and Ted gets stood up by Stella at his wedding day in HIMYM.

Phoebe gets shot by an animal shelter employee who wants to catch Marcel, Ross's monkey.

It was, again, Phil from Modern Family who bought an alpaca!

It was Virginia, Ted's mother, who got married again, with the eccentric Clint.

Joey appears on Pyramid, and Barney appears on The Price is Right.

It happens on both shows!

Have you actually seen the shows? Maybe you just forgot a lot of stuff! Don't worry, now you have an excuse for a re-watch!
