Peach Sorbet Bellini

INGREDIENTS

3 cups peaches, frozen

¼ cup sugar

1 cup chardonnay

Champagne, to serve

PREPARATION

Combine frozen peaches, sugar and chardonnay in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture in a sealable container and freeze 3 hours to overnight.

Scoop the sorbet and add to a glass.

Top with champagne or sparkling wine.

Enjoy!

Strawberry Sorbet Bellini

INGREDIENTS

3 cups strawberries, frozen

¼ cup sugar

1 cup rosé

Champagne, to serve

PREPARATION

Combine frozen strawberries, sugar and rosé in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture in a sealable container and freeze 3 hours to overnight.

Scoop the sorbet and add to a glass.

Top with champagne or sparkling rosé.
