This Saturday 4/15: The Festival of Colors celebrates the coming of spring, the joy of friendship, and equality for all. This Indian Festival happens ever year, not only in India but throughout the world. This is a day event and all nationalities and ethnicities are encouraged to participate!

2. Sakura Matsuri - Cherry Blossom Festival!

One of the best things to do in spring is to go for a walk and check out all the places where you can spot cherry blossoms in the city! There are several events including at the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens April 29-30.
