32 Things I Learned From Kevin Abstract's 10 Hour Treadmill Livestream

    Modern music's Forrest Gump.

    This is Kevin Abstract.

In the wake of the release of his summer-feel second full length album "Arizona Baby" focused on actualizing empathy, Mr. Abstract embarked on a Shia Lebouf inspired 10 hour live stream event centered around himself simply walking on a treadmill in front of his childhood home in Corpus Christi, Texas on Brockhampton Street.

Donning a sweatshirt which many would say was a brave choice considering the Texas heat, Kevin began his treadmill journey around 1pm CST. Hour one began with a solo Kevin, but within minutes fans arrived with one of the first questions asked being "Can I get a picture?".

As more fans arrived, they took advantage of the time to speak with Kevin and ask him some questions. Here are the answers:

The hours continued to go by and Kevin kept going only taking five minute breaks to use the restroom in which case someone in the crowd would volunteer to take his place aboard the treadmill.

As the final hour loomed, fans began to provide encouragement through song.

With minutes left in the countdown of his ten hours, Abstract removed his changed "Teach Me Empathy" sweatshirt.

Fans sang out Abstract's lyrics into his last seconds. With the final beep of the treadmill, he stepped off and fell to the ground giving his final directional command to "bring the camera over his head".
