Dad Tony Quarella posted this adorable video to YouTube yesterday of his 15-month-old chef, Anna, mastering an egg cracking.

In the video, Quarella tells his wife, "Give her an egg."
"We try to let her experience as much as possible and fail safely which precludes any doubts we may have had about the idea," the Mantua, New Jersey, resident told BuzzFeed.
The chef-in-training then cracks the egg, opens it into the bowl, and mixes it for cookie dough.
"Wow! She didn’t get a crack in there," her dad said.
Quarella wrote when they gave Anna the egg, he was "fully expecting to have a mess to clean up." He added, "She never ceases to amaze."
