Chelsea Handler Is Still Posting Topless Pictures To Challenge Instagram's Ban

The former talk show host posted a topless photo during a snowboarding trip, continuing to push against Instagram's community guidelines. The picture was then, as expected, taken down. NSFW for boobs.

Comedian Chelsea Handler has continued her crusade against Instagram's guidelines, which ban female nudity, by posting more pictures without wearing a top.

Handler bared her chest on top of a snowy mountain while claiming to be looking for her dog, Chunk.

"I lost chunk on the mountain," she wrote.

After Instagram took down the snap, the 39-year-old posted another half-naked shot on Twitter, writing: "Finding Chunk. Instagram had him."

Handler has clashed with the photo-sharing app for months — in October, she waged war after a silly snap of her mimicking Putin (while topless) was taken down.

"Taking this down is sexist. I have every right to prove I have a better body than Putin," she tweeted. "If a man posts a photo of his nipples, it's ok, but not a woman? Are we in 1825?"

She reposted the Putin pic, writing, "If instagram takes this down again, you're saying Vladimir Putin Has more 1st amendment rights than me. Talk to your bosses." It was again deleted less than an hour later.

According to Instagram's terms of service, banned photos include any that are "violent, nude, partially nude, discriminatory, unlawful, infringing, hateful, pornographic or sexually suggestive."

At the time, Handler wrote that she was saying "bye bye" to Instagram. "You can now find my dogs and my breasts on Twitter only where my followers have the right to choose what they say," she wrote in October.

But the comedian has continued to use the app, testing the limits with her skin-baring shots (not to mention sharing photos from her awesome life).

You do you, Chelsea.
