    Garlic Knot Pizza

    I got really hungry one day and wanted to test out my baking steel, so I got the bright idea to make garlic knot pizza. The pizza dough and knots were made with my Kitchenaid, and the pizza was baked at 550F fo 6 minutes, then the knots were brushed with garlic, olive oil, parmesean cheese and herbs.
