this band is bad ass. With Vince Neil, Nikki Sixx, Tommy Lee and Mick Mars, this foursome is unstoppable. Their most popular track is Kick start My Heart which Nikki wrote after he died from an overdose, Slash, from G N R, called the ambulance. Nikki was hit in the chest with two needles which, thankfully, saved his life. The most recent song is The Dirt featuring MGK, this is also the name of the MC film on Netflix.

this band is known as the bad boys of rock. Their motto is pretty much Sex, drugs and rock n roll. With Axl Rose, Slash(Saul Hudson), Izzy Stradlin, Duff McKagen and Steven Adler this band is legendary. Their debut album, Appetite For Destruction, took over the world. This is also the only band to have two albums at number 1 and w in the billboard charts.

also a very famous band, I only know the names of two of the members, sorry, Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons. But this band is very amazing. When they toured with Rush, Rush says " there was more hookers than roadies" giving you an insight into the life of this notorious band.

okay, so this band is not necessarily "metal" but they are glam. They have been known to create punk rock before there was even a name for it. The lead singer explains why the band dress like women" we dress like women to get laid more" he says. Which shows that if you are in a glam metal band, you probably will get more sex than you bargained for.

amazing band! Though they aren't actually as well known as they should've been. Maybe because of their song We're Not Gonna Take It. When Trump used that song as a backing track for a campaign against immigrants, people started to hate this band. This song was only made about protest against your parents and teachers though. Twisted Sister also have instantly recognisable videos.

this legendary band from the 80s broke through into the open on the 80s with the huge hit Talk Dirty To Me. This was written by guitarist C C Deville, who also came up with the riff. Singer Bret Michaels didn't actually want C C in the band and he wanted Slash, who had auditioned before finding G N R, but Rikki Rocket wanted C C because " if he can write songs like that, he deserves to be in the band" which proved successful.

okay, I have only discovered this band recently but they are amazing and you only need to take one glance at them to realise what they are about. Their song Love Bomb Baby, exploded in the 80s, it is a great track. Also, not as well known as they should be. I was gonna put a picture from the video but it isn't good quality so watch the video to see the hair they had, it is amazing!
