Dark Chocolate Banana Oatmeal Bites
INGREDIENTS

2 cups rolled oats
2 ripe bananas
¼ cup almond butter
¼ cup honey
¼ cup walnuts
¼ cup dark chocolate shavings or mini dark chocolate chips
PREPARATION
1. Mash ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
2. Add almond butter, honey, and cinnamon to mashed bananas. Mix well.
3. Mix in oats, walnuts, and chocolate. Chill mixture for 15 minutes.
4. Scoop and roll oat mixture and place on parchment-lined cookie sheet.
5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
