Nowadays, okay, in recent years, fashion feels like a time cycle in the ''Dark'' universe. Every fashion trend reaches its peak at its time, then they are forgotten and even hated and stated as ''cringe'', then everyone is obsessed with them again.

After the late 2010s, 2020-2021 was when everyone was again interested in 90s trends. Models' off duty styles, famous celebrities' and sitcom characters' styles had their peak this time as I remember. Basic vintage vibe pieces were on everyone's wishlist. Then 2022, I believe Euphoria's major effect, y2k made its comeback with makeup trends and sparkly glosses instead of matte lipsticks we used to see. And nowadays, in Instagram, 2013 posts are everywhere and apparently we are waiting for 2010s trends.

Last years, and still to be honest I can see the 90s effect on runways, 90s had its peak on Instagram since 90s models embraced basic, classy, reachable looks can be easily adapted in daily life. It also got me thinking since they led to create ''capsule wardrobe''.

Leather pieces were the biggest bop in 90s style, they take a ''must-have'' role in every wardrobe. Leather blazers became popular again last years and fast fashion brands add them in their collections.

TV characters, especially ''Rachel Green'' from Friends was one of the most popular style icons. Her -probably- model inspired style, ''The Rachel'' haircut were ''it girl items''. She also follows the leather trend.

Chanel's iconic 90s tweed suits greeted us from every shop window, we have seen them everywhere.

2022 is the timeline when y2k takes its place back. Its rise first started with glossy and shiny makeup trends and sparkles. Glitter eyeshadows, colourful eyeliners, darker lip liners are were on stage again thanks to Euphoria effect.

Bella Hadid is also one of the most popular y2k icon, we can see the cargo pants, low rise fits on her become viral everywhere.

00s Juicy Couture girly aesthetic showed itself unexpectedly, since people agreed it is forgotten and don't want to come back. Rhinestones, graphic tees, cargo pants, crop tops and bucket hats are integrated in the 2020s.

And nowadays, people in Instagram are expressing their missing to 2013 era, it is slowly started to become a trend and seen in shops. What do you think?
