Groff has proven to be a powerhouse in musicals such as spring awakening and movies like Frozen so even though the role would be a new type of character for Groff I think he can handle it.

even though Kristen is mostly known for acting in the Twilight Saga she can sing and she does it very well. I think she could handle the almost goth-like performance that it takes to play Yitzhak.
