RECIPE

LOADED POTATO SKINS

Servings: 6

INGREDIENTS

5 yukon gold potatoes

Olive oil

Salt

1¼ cups shredded cheddar cheese

6 strips cooked bacon, chopped

⅔ cup sour cream

2 scallions, sliced

Cracked black pepper

PREPARATION

1. Poke a few holes in each potato with a fork. Rub potatoes with a little olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

2. Set Philips Airfryer XXL to 350ºF. Place potatoes in basket and close. Cook for 22–25 minutes, until tender. Remove from Airfryer, slice potatoes in half, and let cool.

3. Once cool, scoop out potato flesh. Fill skins with shredded cheddar cheese. Place back

in Airfryer for 3 minutes. Once cheese has melted down a bit, add a little more cheese to the skins that need it and bake in Airfryer for another 2 minutes, until cheese is fully melted.

4. Remove skins with tongs. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon. Add a dollop of sour cream on each and sprinkle with sliced scallions and black pepper.--

FRIED MAC ‘N’ CHEESE BALLS

Servings: 6

INGREDIENTS

3 cups macaroni and cheese, cooled

3 eggs

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper

PREPARATION:

1. Using your hands, squeeze the macaroni and cheese into golf-ball-sized balls. Place on a sheet tray and freeze for 20–30 minutes.

2. Whisk eggs in a small bowl. In another bowl, whisk together breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Dip mac ‘n’ cheese balls in egg, letting the excess drip off. Then roll the balls in the breadcrumbs.

Set Philips Airfryer XXL to 375ºF. Place mac ‘n’ cheese balls in basket and close. Cook for 20 minutes, until balls are golden brown.

4. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.

SPICY MAPLE-GLAZED CHICKEN WINGS

Servings: 4

INGREDIENTS

1 pound chicken wings

Olive oil

½ cup maple syrup

¼ cup butter

4 teaspoons sriracha

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon salt

Sesame seeds

PREPARATION:

1. Toss chicken wings with a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle of salt and pepper.

2. Set Philips Airfryer XXL to 350ºF. Place wings in basket and close. Cook for 20 minutes or until wings are cooked.

3. While wings are cooking, make the sauce. In a small saucepan, heat maple syrup, butter, sriracha, apple cider vinegar, and ½ teaspoon salt. Whisk until well combined and starting to simmer. Let simmer until it reduces to a glaze. Remove from heat.

4. When wings are done, place in a bowl and toss with sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

CHICKEN PARM MEATBALL SLIDERS

Servings: 12

INGREDIENTS

1 pound ground chicken

1½ teaspoons salt

½ teaspoon pepper

2 thick slices mozzarella, cut into ½-inch cubes

3 thin slices mozzarella, cut into quarters

12 toasted slider buns

½ cup marinara

¼ cup grated Parmesan

Parsley

PREPARATION:

1. In a bowl, mix ground chicken with salt and pepper. Take a scoop of chicken, flatten it out in the palm of your hand, place a mozzarella cube in the middle, and close the meat around the cheese to form a meatball. Repeat with rest of chicken. This should make about 12 meatballs.

2. Set Philips Airfryer XXL to 350ºF. Place meatballs in basket and close. Cook for 15 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through. Pull out basket and drape a thin quarter slice of mozzarella over each meatball. Cook for another 2 minutes, until cheese has melted.

3. Open slider buns and place a spoonful of marinara sauce on each bun. Place a meatball on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
