Perrier Guacamole Bar

A perfect party deserves guacamole and a refreshing can of Perrier.


Base Guacamole

5 ripe avocados

½ bunch cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1½ large limes

1 teaspoon salt


Diced tomatoes

Diced red onion

Small diced jalapeño

Minced garlic

Crumbled bacon

Charred corn

Toasted pepitas

Crumbled cotija cheese


For Dipping

Tortilla chips (blue and yellow)

Chopped vegetables (bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots, radishes, cherry tomatoes, etc.)



1. Guacamole: Slice avocados in half and remove pits. Use a small knife to cut a crosshatch pattern into the flesh, then scoop flesh out into a bowl. Mash the avocado well with a fork. Stir in chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Taste and adjust seasoning.

2. For guacamole bar: Place all toppings in small bowls and arrange around the guacamole. Individuals can customize their guacamole as they like. Lay out tortilla chips, chopped vegetables, and taquitos for dipping.
