Ingredients
1.5 oz tequila
1 oz Cointreau
1 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
1 oz cranberry juice
Sugared Cranberries
½ cup sugar
½ cup water
¾ cup fresh cranberries
Preparation
1. Start by making your sugared cranberries. Preheat your oven to 200ᐤ. Bring the sugar and water up to a simmer, then add the fresh cranberries. Allow to steep for 15 minutes, then remove and transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet. Place in the oven to dry out slightly for 1 hour, then remove. Toss in a bowl with some more sugar to coat, then skewer the cranberries. Place in the freezer for 1 hour to chill and firm up.
2. To make the margarita, add the tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, and cranberry juice to a shaker with some ice. Shake well, then strain into your glass with more ice. Serve with the frozen, sugared cranberries and enjoy!

1 clementine, sliced
2 tbsp sea salt
⅛ tsp coriander

1. Preheat your oven to 200ᐤ. Place your clementine slices on a parchment lined sheet tray and dehydrate in the oven for 2 ½ - 3 hours.
2. On a plate, mix the salt and coriander together. Rub the rim of your glass with a slice of orange, then dip the rim into the salt mixture to coat. To make the margarita, add the tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, and clementine juice to a shaker with some ice. Shake well, then strain into your salted glass with more ice. Top with a slice of dehydrated clementine and enjoy!

1. Preheat your oven to 200ᐤ. Place your lime slices on a parchment lined sheet tray and dehydrate in the oven for 2 ½ - 3 hours. Add your pomegranate seeds to your ice tray, then cover with water. Place in the freezer until frozen solid.
2. On a plate, add your ground pink salt. Rub the rim of your glass with a slice of lime, then dip the rim into the salt to coat. To make the margarita, add the tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, and pomegranate juice to a shaker with some ice. Shake well, then strain into your salted glass with your pomegranate seed ice. Top with a slice of dehydrated lime and enjoy!

2. On a plate, add your ground pink salt. Rub the rim of your glass with a slice of grapefruit, then dip the rim into the salt to coat. To make the margarita, add the tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, and grapefruit juice to a shaker with some ice. Shake well, then strain into your salted glass with more ice. Top with a slice of dehydrated grapefruit and enjoy!
