RECIPE: 7-Minute Grilled Burritos

Break out that grill, and make the perfect burritos for a complete meal this evening that totally WINS!

7-Minute Grilled Burritos
Total time: 7 minutes

INGREDIENTS
Burritos:
8 oz steak (such as sirloin or ribeye)
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 can refried beans
1 bag tortilla strips

Cheese sauce:
1/2 can chipotle chilies in adobo sauce, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. corn starch
1/2 cup milk
2 cups cheddar cheese

PREPARATION
To make the sauce, pour in chipotle chilies and corn starch in a medium sauce pan over low to medium heat. Cook this for 1-2 minutes, then add milk and stir until there are no lumps. Add shredded cheese until all is melted. serve immediately!
