An autocratic leader makes decisions without first consulting others and they generally believe that they are the smartest person at the table. With this command and control approach, the best game for you would be Charterstone. In Charterstone you are building a small town which you will eventually be able to use as a fully customizable worker placement game.

You are a confident leader who engages and energizes followers. These leaders take the time to explain their thought process to others and allow them to have an opinion on how to achieve a common goal. The best game for you would be Forbidden Island. In this game you will join a team and lead them to capture treasure from the ruins of paradise.

Authoritative

Democratic leader consults with the staff in making workplace decisions. A Democratic leader promotes team spirit and cooperation from their team. The best game for you would be Mental Blocks. This game has you come together as a team to try and complete a puzzle using foam blocks. Each player is only allowed to see one perspective of the block and may have restrictions on what type or color block they can touch. You would be able to lead you team but uniting everyone.
