
Ingredients
Waffles
2 eggs
1 & 1⁄3 cups whole milk
1 (5.3-ounce) container Oikos Greek Yogurt Key Lime
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1⁄2 teaspoon kosher salt
2 cups flour
Topping
1 (5.3-ounce) container Oikos Greek Yogurt Key Lime
Zest of 1 lime
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Lime slices, for garnish
Preparation
1. Waffles: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, whole milk, and Oikos Greek Yogurt Key Lime. Add in sugar, baking powder, kosher salt, and flour. Whisk until all the dry ingredients are incorporated.
2. Coat waffle iron with nonstick spray. Heat up iron. Pour a heaping 1⁄2 cup of batter in the center of the iron. Close and cook for 3–4 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
3. Topping: In a small bowl, whisk together Oikos Greek Yogurt Key Lime, lime zest, and maple syrup. Top waffles with a dollop and garnish with a lime slice. Serve!
