Step 1:

With shade #13 in the palette, use a fluffy brush to contour your face, and break out shade #11 to highlight the high points of your face using a shading brush.

Step 2:

Apply shade #12 of the palette to the crease of your eye and along your bottom lash line with that same shading brush.

Step 3:

Deepen the crease and lash line with shade #6 of the same palette using the same brush.

Step 4:

Using the matte liquid liner, create your cat-eye wing. Exaggerate your eye shape by defining the inner corners as well.

Step 5:

Bring the liner up to your eyebrows to line and fill in the tails of them. Since we're going for a pop-art look, you'll want to fade your filled-in tail to the rest of your brow by drawing hair lines over your brows with the liner.

Step 6:

Draw the outline of your crown with the gold jumbo eye pencil. Fill in completely and blend colour into the hairline with a brush if you please.

Step 7:

Apply matte lip colour.

Use the same lip colour and an angled brush to create your crown's star.

Step 1:

Using the "black bean" jumbo eye pencil, map out where the hollows of your skull are going to be.

Step 2:

Swipe the "milk" jumbo pencil onto your fingers and apply to the high points of your face. Layer more onto the highest points of your cheekbones, chin, nose bridge, and forehead.

Step 3:

To create your teeth, swipe a pencil brush over the "milk" pencil and draw the top and bottom teeth in teardrop shapes.

Step 4:

Go in with the "milk" pencil to make the tops of the teeth more opaque.

Step 5:

Blend the Hot Singles "raven" eyeshadow into the contours of the face to create the shadowy effect of the skull's depth.

Step 6:

Step 1:

Step 2:

Layer the "mermaid" Prismatic Shadow over the "lavender steel" to create depth. Contour with a precision buffing brush.

Step 1:
