This WWII Vet Reunited With A Man He Saved From A Concentration Camp 71 Years Ago

    "Everything I have today, is due to you."

    In this video by ABC News, Sid Shafner, a 94-year-old World War ll veteran, was reunited with Marcel Levy, a 90-year-old Holocaust survivor who Shafner saved 71 years ago. They embraced each other with hugs and tears.

    Shafer and Levy met in 1945 when Shafer helped save almost 30,000 prisoners from Dachau Concentration Camp.

    When the two reunited, handshakes turned into hugs, kisses, and tears.

    During the emotional reunion, the two met each other’s children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

    They shared valuable history with the younger people in the crowd.

    Levy told Shafer, "In my eyes, you look wonderful."

    “Everything I have today, all of my children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, is due to you," he added.
