"I’ve been a fan of Sex and the City since I was a teenager so I can’t think of a better early Christmas present than watching new episodes of And Just Like That... with those classic characters to look forward to every week. Of course, I can’t wait to have more of Carrie, Miranda, and Charlotte in my life after all these years, particularly as they’re at such different stages in their life but I’m also so excited to see so many key characters back. Not to mention all of the exciting new additions who will no doubt bring some fresh perspectives to the franchise."

2. The Suicide Squad

"As a superhero fan, I watched The Suicide Squad for my girl Harley Quinn and stayed for the crazy action, dark humour, and absolute chaos. My fiancé and I cackled the whole way through and when you think they won't go there, they absolutely do. It's bloody good fun and i can't wait to watch it again with the rest of the family."

3. Elf

"Elf takes me back to a simpler time when me and my friends would just quote Will Ferrell lines at each other. I really love the animated section of the North Pole, Buddy's pure childish naivety, his love of candy and all things sweet. I'd go as far as to say that Elf is a modern-day classic."

"The festive season is all about ‘the Prem’ for me. There’s loads of games packed in over a short period so there’s usually some big upsets and plenty of goals. Honestly, nothing goes better with leftover turkey than watching some of the UK's biggest teams battle it out on Boxing Day!"

5. Succession

"Succession has quickly become one of my favourite TV shows ever. All of my friends are sick of me suggesting it when they ask for recommendations about what to watch. From the theme song to the love-to-hate-them characters and the tense storylines, there is nothing else quite like it on TV right now. While I can't wait to see what is in store for us all in the Series 3 finale, I'll also be sad to say goodbye to Cousin Greg and Roman."

7. Landscapers

"Don’t get me wrong, I love a good festive film (especially if it’s an animation) but I am really looking forward to watching the new true crime miniseries Landscapers over the Christmas period. For starters, it’s got Olivia Colman in it so I'm already sold. But the storyline also just sounds so wild and fantastical, it’s almost unbelievable. A black comedy drama feels just the ticket to bring us crashing back down to reality — maybe I’ll save it for the 27th."

8. In the Heights

"In the Heights is gorgeous from start to finish. I loved the Broadway show and this adaptation totally retains the essence of the stage version. Everyone in it is stunning and you’ll be singing the songs long after you finish the movie. So good that I watched it THRICE in the cinema and I'll watch it again at home this Christmas!"

9. Peter Rabbit 2: The Runaway

"This Christmas, I’ll be joining my kids in watching Peter Rabbit 2: The Runaway. It’s slapstick meets British literary classic, and with added jokes for the adults, what’s not to like? It’s not Liverpool vs Leeds, but who cares if it keeps the kids quiet for a couple of hours!"
