Try including more vegetables, fat and protein in your meals so that you will be able to lose weight faster. Consume food items that contain more protein include chicken, beef, bacon, trout, shrimps, salmon, and eggs. Proteins have the ability to boost your rate of metabolism in an effective manner. Moreover, you need to consume fresh vegetables such as cucumber, lettuce, Swiss chard, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, kale, spinach, cauliflower and broccoli.

This is one of the most important things you can do in order to lose weight. You can begin by going for short walks in the morning as soon as you wake up. Make sure you get a minimum of 6 hours sleep. Another point to keep in mind is to not oversleep. This could actually lead to weight gain. Hence the most productive duration of sleep is between 6 and 9 hours.
