Calm Your Thoughts With This DIY Mindfulness Jar
As the glitter settles, notice your breath and your thoughts settling down, too.

1. Fill the jar almost entirely with water. Add glitter and a few drops of dish soap.
2. Close the jar and shake it up. If needed, add drops of dish soap until glitter floats and mixture reaches desired consistency.
3. When you need a break from your day, shake the jar up. As the glitter settles, breathe deeply and let your thoughts settle, too.
