2017 Grammy Awards Nominations

A guide to music's biggest night

Meghan Trainor kicked off the 2017 Grammys Awards on Tuesday December 6th by revealing the nominees in the four major Grammy categories: Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Record of the Year and Best New Artist.

The Recording Academy then announced the rest of the nominees across all 84 categories in a press release and on the their website. Listed below are the nominees in some of the bigger Grammy categories.

The Late Late Show's James Corden will host the annual event from inside the Staples Center in Los Angeles. "It's the biggest, most prestigious award show in music," Corden told E! News in a statement in November, "and I feel incredibly lucky to be part of such an incredible night."

And it looks as though lemonade is the drink of choice for Recording Academy voters as Beyoncé leads this year's field of Grammy hopefuls with nine nominations, with Drake, Rihanna and Kanye West each garnering eight nods apiece.
