My Top 8 Favourite Pokemon

My very first post on BF!!!!!

1. Lucario

Aura Pokemon- By reading the auras of all things, it can tell how others are feeling from over half a mile away.~~The reason Lucario is my number one favourite Pokemon is simply because it won my heart the moment I caught a Riolu and it evolved.

2. Celebi

Time Traveling Pokemon- It has the power to travel across time, but it is said to appear only in peaceful times.~~~Celebi was my very first Legendary Pokemon I ever got. I received mine on the last day on my SoulSilver DS game. Even though my dad deleted the game file with Celebi (and all my other companions) on it, I will never forget the memories we made together.

3. Totodile

Big Jaw Pokemon- It has the habit of biting anything with its developing jaws. Even its Trainer needs to be careful.~~~Totodile was the Starter Pokemon I chose at the beginning of SoulSilver, and I raised him with the utmost love and care I could ever give. He will always hold a special place in my heart for that.

4. Pikachu

Mouse Pokemon- It occasionally uses an electric shock to recharge a fellow Pikachu that is in a weakened state.~~~ Not many people know this, but I can do a wicked good Pikachu impression (although it was definitely better when I was in middle school). Pikachu melted my heart the moment I saw him in the first episode of Pokemon. I love the adorable, yet feisty little yellow cutie, and who couldn't fall in love with that fluffball?

5. Absol

Disaster Pokemon- It appears from deep in the mountains to warn people about upcoming disasters it has sensed with its horn.~~~ I always was in awe of the sleek, white Pokemon. Somehow Absol made its way into my heart, and I'm glad it did, because it's definitely an awesome Pokemon!

6. Lugia

Diving Pokemon- It sleeps in a deep-sea trench. If it flaps its wings, it is said to cause a 40-day storm.~~~ Lugia, being the first thing I saw when starting up SoulSilver for the first time, immediately amazed me by how smoothly it swam through the water, by the power shown within its cry, by the dragon-like appearance. This Legendary Pokemon is special to me in all ways.

7. Umbreon

Moonlight Pokemon- When exposed to the moon's aura, the rings on its body glow faintly and it's filled with a mysterious power.~~~ The reason why Umbreon is one of my favourites is because I feel a connection to it. For one, I love shadows. For another, I love the moon and love to gaze up at it whenever I see it.

8. Zoroark

Illusion Fox Pokemon- Stories say those who tried to catch Zoroark were trapped in an illusion and punished.~~~ Zoroark, how I love your evil appearance but sweet personality. Zoroark just looks so damn cool, doesn't it? I love everything about this Pokemon, for certain.
