Teresa Giudice Called Sofía Vergara The "Rudest" Celebrity She's Met, But Her Comments Feel Kinda Gross

Teresa previously said of Sofía, "You would think she would be nice, you know, she's an immigrant."

Teresa Giudice called Sofía Vergara the "rudest" celebrity she's met, but the whole thing is tinged with xenophobia.

On a recent episode of her podcast Namaste B$tches with Melissa Pfeister, the two briefly discussed Sofía's recent divorce from Joe Manganiello before mentioning Teresa's personal history with Sofía. "It's so crazy, if you Google 'Teresa Giudice and Sofía Vergara,' it comes up," the Real Housewives of New Jersey star began.

The incident happened in 2017, when they were both interviewed by Mario Lopez. "Sofía Vergara's PR person and my PR person spoke together, and I guess the two of them said, ‘Let’s get a picture of Teresa and Sofía together,’" she recalled.

"I didn’t want a picture with her. I never ask to take a picture with anybody," Teresa continued. "When we went to go take a picture, she was standing in front of me — okay, that's not how you take a picture. She was the most rudest woman I've ever met."

"I heard her say to her PR person, 'Why you make me take a picture with that lady? Why you make me?'" Teresa continued, doing a crude impersonation of Sofía's accent.

As such, Teresa said that the two never took their photo together: "How rude. You're so not a humble person. You forgot where you came from. It's not like she, you know, started out being on the top. She came from, you know? [...] She was so not a down-to-earth person. So not a fan of hers."

In fact, if you do Google "Teresa Giudice and Sofía Vergara," a video of Teresa at a 2017 panel comes up. When telling the same story, Teresa called Sofía a "bitch" and said, "I can't stand her, sorry. I hate to say that because I'm Italian, she's Colombian, she has an accent, she has more of an accent than me. You would think she would be nice, you know, she's an immigrant — I'm just saying! She should be nice!"
