Let Us Know The Reasons Why You Left Your Job

From general burnout to specific instances in the workplace, we want to hear from you.

As you're probably well aware, we are in the midst of one of the biggest labor movements in the country's history.

From mass organizations like the potential IATSE strike to great departures and shifts from certain sectors, it's clear that people have had enough.

While the conversation has largely surrounded burnout, workers are also demanding better pay, comprehensive healthcare, and a four-day work-week, among other stipulations. All that has led us to what's been deemed the Great Resignation.

In August, BuzzFeed News issued a callout for people who recently quit their jobs. Among the hundreds of responses that flooded in, a common theme was that respondents "had all reached a tipping point where the job that they had became much more emotionally and, sometimes, physically taxing."

Now, we want to hear more of your stories. Whether a specific workplace incident was the last straw, or you found that you could no longer tolerate an askew work-life balance, let us know.

From pay issues to taxing work days, we're opening our forum to you. Comment below and you could be featured in an upcoming BuzzFeed Community post to shed light on the workers' movement.
