You don't even need any expert skills to pull it off: all you do is take your dispenser's straw to the hardware store and buy a few feet of cheap AF plastic tubing in whatever size fits snugly around it.

You won't need 100 feet of it, so unless you have another genius use for it, please just go to the store IRL and buy a few feet. And you don't have to get any brand in particular. Just look for one that's food-safe and fits your dispenser! (If you do happen to want 100ft and know you specifically need 1/4" ID x 3/8" OD, get this on Amazon for $26.99.)

Take it home, ditch the plastic bottle you used to fill with soap, and put the tubing on the straw: it should seal on its own, if it fits snugly enough.

If it doesn't seal, wrap it where it joins a few times in water-resistant electrical tape (get some from Amazon for $3.43).

Oh, and please recycle that old plastic bottle!

Then push the other end of the tube through the dispenser top, down under the sink, and into a GIGANTIC EVERLASTING* BOTTLE of dish soap.

Then cut the tubing to the right length — you'll want it to sit juuuust at the bottom of the the soap container, so you can efficiently use every last drop.

*Obviously it won't last forever, but you get the point. Get two huge 56-oz bottles of Dawn on Amazon for $11.68 (which comes down to 10 cents per ounce, versus the regular size, which is 28 cents per ounce — over twice as much, and close to three times as much.)

Give it a few good pumps — you may need to push some air out — and you'll be set literally for MONTHS.
