The expensive restaurant - they might feel bad about buying such pricey things and they'll spend the whole date worrying about money, even if you offer to pay! The concert/movie - it will be quite loud and crowded and you can't sit down and get to know each other. The beach - romantic, quiet, calm and you can really talk to each other
