Ingredients

-1 1/2 cups raspberries, plus 6 berries for garnish

-1 tablespoon sugar 6 ounces Scotch whisky

- 6 ounces guava nectar or juice -1 1/2 ounces framboise (raspberry eau-de-vie) - Ice Chilled club soda - 6 small mint leaves, for garnish

To Prepare

Step 1

In a large cocktail shaker, muddle the 1 1/2 cups of raspberries with the sugar. Add the whisky, guava nectar and framboise. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.

Step 2

Finely strain the cocktail into a pitcher. Pour into rocks glasses. Top each drink with a little club soda and garnish with raspberries and mint leaves. Serve.

2. Othello's Green Envy (Death in the Afternoon)

3 tablespoons (1 1/2 ounces) absinthe

Pour absinthe into Champagne flute.

Add Champagne until a milky cloud appears, then serve.

3 oz Orange juice

To Prepare

Step 1

Add the vodka and the orange juice to a tall glass filled with ice.

Step 2

Stir, and float the Galliano on top.

Step 3

Garnish with an orange slice.

4. Juliet and Romeo Cocktail

Ingredients

2 oz. Beefeater gin

¾ oz. fresh lime juice

¾ oz. simple syrup

3 drops rosewater

3 drops Angostura bitters

3 slices cucumber

1 mint sprig

Tiny pinch of salt

To Prepare

Muddle cucumber and pinch of salt. Add mint and remaining ingredients. Shake vigorously. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with one mint leaf. Put one more drop of rosewater on the mint leaf and place three drops of Angostura bitters around the leaf.

5. The Hamlet/Gimlet
