    Award Winning Women Journalists

    On International Women’s Day, the Committee to Protect Journalists highlighted some of the women recipients of its International Press Freedom Award and Burton Benjamin Memorial Award. The International Press Freedom Award honors courageous journalists from around the world and the Burton Benjamin Memorial Award is given to journalists for extraordinary and sustained achievement in the cause of press freedom.
