I can imagine you’ve already heard the noun MOMBIE, for the ones that haven’t it stands for “Exhausted mom who feeds with coffee and survives on wine”. I think the term is funny, so I gave myself the task to investigate whether it’s true that red wine makes you lose weight.

This diet includes red wine, its not mandatory but you can have 2 glasses each night. This diet limits the consumption meat, especially red. Some studies have found that this diet reduces the risk of heart desease, boost your metabolism and more.

Why take red wine at night?

Red wine contains Resveratrol, an antioxidant that has been commonly used to fight aging process. Recent studies show that this antioxidant also converts white fat into beige fat, which is great for losing weight and prevents obesity.
